Responsibilities and Duties:
On a daily basis, individuals will meet, correspond, seek out, and build professional relationships with human resource professionals and decision makers
Ultimate goal of position is to seek out job openings, obtain client company approval to recruit for positions, and then place individuals in technical roles
Individual will be performing inside and outside professional sales duties such as cold calling, coordinating to set up interviews, and scheduling on-site sales meetings at client companies
Will be using company's established internal contacts to build book of business while investigating potential client companies
Schedule interviews with potential candidates for positions
Write up internal job orders for openings and related paperwork
Follow-up on leads obtained from marketing staff
Qualifications and Skills
Prior B2B professional sales experience is preferred, but not required - company will train the right individuals!
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but high school diploma (or equivalency or demonstrated equivalent experience) is required
Must have a strong desire to succeed in professional sales
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an interest in career coaching individuals and building Cleveland's job market
An interest in working with other team-orientated individuals that have a passion for sales
Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software
