Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking an Application Support Administrator with HR application supoport experience, any Treasury applications would be a plus. Candidate will be responsible for configuration, training, support, maintenance and improvements of applications. Candidate will also support technical application, data integration and security configuration required for optimal utilization, as well as work with developers on custom application and database solutions. Candidate will support Human Resources and Treasury, but will also work with other applications.


Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information regarding program intent, function, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment and interface with other systems.

Work with network administrations and database administrators to coordinate technical configuration and administration of designated applications.

Perform customization to applications development platforms such as Microsoft.NET and Microsoft Office as needed

Configure, customize and modify application enhancements and reports.

Participate in and/or perform application or system upgrades.

Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with programs.

Train end users or technical support staff to use and support programs.

Write and maintain user instructions, operating procedures and system documentation.


Database and web development technologies such as Oracle, SQL, CSS, JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server Database

Third-party HR and Treasury applications is strongly preferred

Ability to install, customize and navigate applications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred

Pay: $70,000 to $90,000 USD
Pay Period: Annual
