The Contract Recruiter will partner with the Talent Acquisition Team, Human Resource and Hiring Managers i n supporting recruiting efforts for the Bank. This role will primarily be responsible for the front-end of the recruiting process (reviewing applications, sourcing passive candidates, phone screening), however may also be responsible for full life cycle recruiting. This individual will develop and execute a recruitment strategy that leverages our recruitment functions, tools, process and policies. This individual will source, screen and qualify candidates for positions across all areas of the Bank.
Contract length will be 6 Months with the possiblitiy of an extension.
Find and attract both active and passive candidates by conducting external searches through strategic sourcing techniques including:
Professional networking sites
Facilitate the candidate interview and process
Pre-screens resumes and candidates to determine qualifications.
Organizes and participates in interview process, where appropriate.
Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
Act as on-site liaison for HR/Recruiting activities:
Assisting management team in candidate screening and selection process;
Engage all stakeholders within the hiring process to ensure that search criteria are fully vetted
3+ years of in-house or agency recruiting/sourcing experience required
Experience Recruiting in or targeting the Banking or Financial Services industry is a plus.
Strong client-service, organizational and follow-up skills
Advanced knowledge and ability of the following:
Boolean search strings
Strong ability to interview and screen candidates for functional and cultural fit
Proven self-starter with the ability to perform the duties of the job with minimal supervision.
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
