Qualifications are as follows:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Three years related experience implementing and/or developing behavior strategies is required.

Substantial hands-on experience with intense maladaptive, self-injurious behaviors

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication skills

Experience with behavior analysis, data collection, program design, implementation and evaluation preferred.

Job Responsibilities include:

Collects baseline data prior to program implementation

Collects data on assigned programs

Organizes data for behavioral analysis

Implements specified programs

Monitors assigned behavioral interventions

Maintains resource manuals and behavior files

Records or presents behavior concerns at team meetings

In-services staff on program implementation and interventions

Monitors behavior resident injuries via review of incident reports
